Your first appointment typically takes 45–60 minutes. We take the time to understand your health history, current concerns, and how your body is functioning so we can identify the areas that may need attention.

Based on your evaluation, we’ll explain what we found and discuss the care that makes the most sense for your individual needs. Your treatment is personalized rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach.
3. Follow-Up Visits
Designed to be simple and efficient. A typical chiropractic adjustment takes approximately 10 minutes or less, with care adjusted as your needs and progress change.
